Facility Use Request
Thank you for your interest in our Facilities. Our buildings are valuable community assets and many civic and community groups use them for meetings and events. We are glad to accommodate these groups whenever we can.
IMPORTANT: Education Law Title I, Article 9, §414 requires that if an admission fee is charged, the proceeds must be used to offset any fees charged by the district. Any remaining amount must be given back to the district or used for charitable purposes through a registered 501(c)(3) organization. The district reserves the right to request an accounting of fees collected at any time.
Proof of 501(c)(3) registration and an accounting of proceed distributions must be submitted in advance of approval.

Register for an AccountAll facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon to the left of the below video. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The video and Quick Start Guide below will provide additional information.
