At the February BOE meeting, the district honored Mrs. Maria Loomis, Custodian at Mexico Middle School as the next recipient of Proud to be MACS in 2025-26.

Longtime MACS employee and MACS alumna Mr. Shawn Parkhurst has been appointed as principal of Mexico Middle School effective July 1, 2026. He is currently MHS Assistant Principal.

MHS students will have their artwork on display from March 12 to April 4 at the Salmon River Fine Arts Center.

Anna Fox recently signed her letter of intent to play Division II lacrosse at the NCAA level after graduation. She has committed to Felician University in New Jersey.

The sixth Community Connections Event will be hosted at Mexico High School on Saturday, March 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with all sorts of activities and community organizations in attendance.
