Strength & Conditioning Room

A well-equipped gym with a variety of weightlifting and cardio machines.

We have full-circuit PreCor equipment that helps you achieve your fitness goals in the following areas: legs, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and abdominals.

 


Community Hours

Monday-Friday, 5-7 AM and 5-8 PM

Saturday 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM (September-June)

*In July & August, morning hours for the fitness center are extended to 5-8 am, Mon-Fr.

Open to community members 18 and older or 14-17 with adult supervision


Resistance Training Class

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

6 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.

Open to community members 18 and older


MACS Staff & Students ONLY Access is Monday-Friday 3-5 p.m.
