Stirring up skills — Students take on chili challenge in HS Nutrition & Fitness class

In high school Nutrition and Fitness class, Mr. Charles and Mr. Anthony organized a fun chili cook-off competition.
Students were divided into four groups, and each group planned, prepared, and cooked their own unique chili recipe. Four staff members served as taste testers and judged each chili based on five different categories.
The activity gave students a chance to practice cooking skills, teamwork, and healthy meal planning in a fun and competitive way.
