Mexico High School’s music program is set to stage “Grease” as its spring musical, with three opportunities to catch the drama and classic songs.
The show will run Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 6-8 beginning at 7 p.m. in the high school’s Avery Skinner Auditorium.
Tickets are available at the door for $12 or via pre-sale for $7 by seeing any cast member or emailing LWashbur@mexicocsd.org. The show is directed by Ms. Laura Washburn.
"Grease," similar to the film by the same name, follows the love story of Sandy and Danny, who meet on a beach over the summer and fall in love before unexpectedly ending up at the same high school together. Sandy finds that Danny is a different person surrounded by his friends, and the two navigate the complexities of high school life and forming a relationship.
