Register today: Health Center set to open in Mex El

Oct. 12, 2021

Dear Mexico Elementary, Middle School & High School families,

We are proud to announce that in conjunction with ConnextCare our School-Based Health Center in Mexico Elementary is in its final stages of preparation and will soon be ready to open to serve both students in Mexico Elementary and Mexico High School!

This health center will bring access to medical, dental, and mental health care for students in both buildings.

With parental permission, students can receive services such as primary medical care, dental/oral health care, counseling and more. The health center can also treat students for acute illnesses such as the flu and chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma and diabetes.

More details about a formal opening date and an event when parents and families can visit to see the center will be coming soon!

In the meantime, Mexico Elementary and Mexico High School families can complete the enrollment process for their student(s) via the link at the bottom of this letter or scanning the attached QR code. (Please note, high school families should select Mexico Elementary as their location for signup.)

The Middle School School-Based Health Center is also accepting enrollment for students, particularly those who just entered the fifth grade. They may also follow the below link to register.
