Town Hall with Dr. Runner is upcoming 5/22
The monthly Open Forum Town Hall will take place in-person at the MACS District Office and also online via Zoom.

2025 MACS Budget, BOE vote results
The vote was held on Tuesday, May 20, and voters passed the budget resolution, non-electric student transportation proposition and transportation capital reserve fund, while the student transport electric vehicle proposition did not pass.

The Mexico Academy & Central School District will be sending monthly newsletters during the school year to families with students in pre-K through eighth grade via a new partnership with Parent Institute.

MACS students fundraise for American Heart Association
As a district, MACS students raised nearly $15,000. That money goes to helping families with children that have special hearts and heart disease research, and will be eligible for up to $2,500 in grants to improve fitness and wellness in our own program.

MACS Kindergarten, UPK registration live for fall 2025
Children who turn five years old by Dec. 1, 2025 are eligible for kindergarten registration. For the full-day Universal Pre-K (UPK) program, children must be four years old by Dec. 1, 2025.
