  • Hello! Welcome to New Haven Elementary, so glad you stopped by. My kiddos call me Mrs. G, so feel free to do the same. To give you a little snapshot about myself, I have been teaching since 1989. I began teaching in the Horticulture Department at Oswego County BOCES. While at BOCES, I was also a Work Experience Coordinator. Soon after that, the Department Chair in the Vocational Education Department invited me to teach as an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Oswego. From there, I moved not too far away to Mexico School district. Once at Mexico I taught many grade levels including AIS Reading, Second, Third, Fifth and to date, Kindergarten. My favorite is Kindergarten. Kindergarten has a room full of sponges and they soak in all they have to offer. You truly see great growth at the end of a year, which is extremely gratifying!
