Welcome to Mexico Academy High School’s Special Education Department! My name is Mr. Gilbert and the 2018-19 school year is my first year as a Special Education teacher here at MACS. As a Mexico graduate, I’m very excited to be a Tiger once again! I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University and my Master’s from SUNY Oswego. In addition to Special Education, I am certified to teach English and English as a Second Language. At home I enjoy watching a playing sports, as well as spending time with my wife and two sons, Owen and Ethan.
