Hello and welcome to First Grade at New Haven Elementary! My name is Robert Teifke and I began teaching at the Mexico School District in 2017. I hold a certification in Childhood Education K-6th grade and I received my Degrees from SUNY Oswego. I am a graduate from Mexico Academy and Central School and am privileged to work in a place that I can call home. In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time with my family as I can. I also like to travel, spend time out on the water, and snowmobiling. 

I am so honored to be teaching first grade. First grade is the year where students transition with their academic and personal lives. My students will learn to become independent leaders in order to be fully prepared and life-ready. I look forward to teaching your child this year!
