Welcome to New Haven Elementary! My name is Ms. Denise Perkins and I am an Intervention Specialist for Reading. I work with students in grades K-4 to increase their overall literacy skills. I have been teaching at New Haven since 2006. I started my career here at New Haven as an AIS Reading teacher, I also taught First grade and Third grade before coming back to a position as a Reading teacher. I received both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from SUNY Oswego.
