¡Bienvenidos a la clase de Español! My name is Mrs. Kathleen Pallotta. I have had the pleasure of teaching at Mexico High School and Mexico Middle School since 2015. I received my teaching credentials from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY and a bachelors degree in Spanish from St. Bonaventure University. While in college, I studied abroad in Spanish to practice the language and to learn all about the culture. My hobbies include traveling to Disney World with my family, gardening, and playing sports.
I look forward to teaching your student about the wonders of the Spanish language. We will be doing a wide range of activities. Those including making skits and videos, writing short books, reading short novels, watching short movies, and speaking the language as much as possible. In class I want to maximize the time to where your student is learning to use the language through reading, listening, writing, and speaking. I want my students to be able to communicate with each other using the language. I look forward to the another year where I get to share my love of the language with your student.
