Welcome to the fourth grade at New Haven Elementary School. My name is Mr. Charles Merritt. I have had the pleasure of teaching at New Haven Elementary School since 2015. I received my Bachelor Degree in Childhood Education and my Masters Degree in Literacy Education from SUNY Oswego.

I am looking forward to having a great year teaching your children. I love to incorporate many different learning methods into our curriculum. In our classroom, we will utilize a variety of instructional methods including whole group, small group, and one-on-one lessons. I also enjoy utilizing technology as much as possible during our lessons and centers.
