Originally from the Syracuse area, I graduated from Siena College with a BS in Physics Education in addition to my teaching certification for secondary science. From there I taught a summer course at a Juvenile Detention Center in Hudson, NY and tutored for a year in the Capital Region. I then went to Union Graduate School (now Clarkson University Capital Region Campus) where I earned my MA in Secondary Education. During my masters program I taught a full year of regents physics at Schenectady High School. From there I taught physics, advanced physics, conceptual physics and statistics for two years at the Doane Stuart School in Rensselaer. Now, I am teaching regents physics, AP Physics 1, and AP Physics 2.
