Welcome to Mexico Elementary 4^th Grade!  My name is Mrs. Donna Handley.  I have been teaching in Mexico School District since 1987, mostly in Mexico Elementary with one year at Mexico Middle School. I have taught in grades 1,2,3,4, and 5. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Potsdam in Elementary Education and Psychology. I received my Master’s Degree in Education from SUNY Oswego in 1992.

I look forward to another wonderful year in fourth grade.
