Welcome to Mexico Elementary 4th Grade! My name is Mrs. Kimberly Gilbert. I began teaching at Mexico Central Schools in 1997. My career began at Palermo Elementary and I have been teaching at Mexico Elementary since 2002. I received my teaching credentials from SUNY Oswego, earning my Master's Degree in Literacy. I have five children, four daughters and our youngest, a son. They keep my husband and I very busy!

I look forward to a wonderful year teaching your children. I strive to provide a safe and fun learning environment for my students, meeting their academic needs through differentiation, small group instruction, and technology. I encourage communication with the parents of my students. I am looking forward to another exciting and rewarding year in Room 516!
