Hello and welcome to Palermo Elementary.  My name is Jacqueline Havener.  I have had the pleasure of teaching for the Mexico Central School District since 1989 as a Special Education Teacher and since 1995 at Palermo Elementary.  I received my teaching credentials from  SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Oswego.  I look forward to a great year teaching your children.  I am also very fortunate to have Mrs. Debra Reuter working as a teaching assistant with me.  Together we will be supporting your child's learning in and out of the classroom.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
