Welcome To Mexico Elementary 4th Grade! My name is Linda Daly. I have had the pleasure of teaching at Mexico Elementary since 1986. I completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Education with a Concentration in Psychology and a Minor in Reading from SUNY Oswego in 1986. I completed my Master's Degree in Education at SUNY Oswego in 1990. I have taught First Grade, Third Grade and Fourth Grade.
