District App Troubleshooting Steps
Having trouble with our New District app? Below are some troubleshooting steps to try if having issues from the developer, Blackboard:
- Make sure in your phone settings that app updates are allowed.
- Make sure in your phone setting, under the Mexico App that Background App Refresh and notifications are selected.
- Close the app and then reopen to refresh.
- If #3 doesn’t work try a Force Quit of the app on your phone.
- If #3 and #4 don’t work, try deleting the app and re-downloading it.
